Returns and Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Refunds and Exchanges:
I am confident that you will love your jewelry purchase. You may, however, return your items for any reason within 30 days of the most recent transaction date and I will be happy to arrange an exchange, store credit, or refund. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Engraved rings or custom orders are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please contact me and I will be happy to promptly respond to any problem with a resolution. 

Return and Exchange Requirements: 
- A return approval must be obtained before sending back your item. You will receive an e-mail with specific instructions on where to send your return. 
- Item must be returned in original condition including original gift box.
- Item must be shipped with a tracking number.
- Any item that has been worn, damaged and/or altered is not eligible for return or exchange (including engraved items).
- Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges of the returned item.
- Custom Orders are FINAL SALE.

Restocking Fees For Returns: 
-If you purchased an item and cancel or return the order, there will be a 25% restocking fee.

Custom order/ custom rings are considered any of the following:
-Laser engraved
-Diamond rings
-Genuine stone rings
-Any customized colored ring
